Meet Carlos Posada

Carlos started the company in 1991 after years of working alongside architects and developers.

Since then, he has constructed over 75 distinguished custom homes throughout Central Florida. The number he actually cares about is not how many homes we have built, but how many clients return.

Some hire us again for a second home, some invite us back to refresh and update, and some send their children to us for their first.

At Posada Custom Homes, Carlos and his staff live by the Golden Rule, and treat their clients as though they were family.
